James Schramko here with a tip about team. And this is very important when you hire a team member.
Let’s say your team member costs $50,000 a year. You don’t pay that upfront. You actually pay that on an installment plan. So, you get to pay monthly. And this is great because if your team member is not perfect or they don’t work out, you don’t actually have to incur that $50,000 upfront. You could actually stop the agreement before the end of the year. So, you might get a few months into it and find out it’s not working, that’s OK. Start again.
So, you don’t pay upfront. You pay team members on installment plan. So, that’s a good reason to start scaling up your capacity to deliver while you grow your marketing so that your business can actually make more profit and you can step away from the roles that are dragging you down a bit.
So, team members are on installment plans. It’s a great tip.
