James Schramko here, and today, I’ve got an important question for you, and that is, what if everybody’s wrong?
I like this Peter Thiel question, and that is, what do you know to be true that everyone else doesn’t know? That’s a good place to start with your advantage in the marketplace. One of my mentors taught me question everything. The whole time I’ve been online, which is over 12 and a half years now, I’ve been questioning the way that people do things. Why do people have ascension models? Why do people do launches over and over again and get burnt out? Why do people do one-to-one all the time? Why do people try and do all the tasks themselves?
And when I questioned this, I couldn’t really see a good reason why you would do that. So, I do it differently that’s why I don’t have an affiliate program, and I have basically set up memberships instead of one-time products. So, there’s all these things I’ve done differently and it’s because I question everything. I actually take the position maybe everybody else is wrong, and I have confidence that what I’m doing is right and then I put it out to the market and test it, and that’s how you get results.
So, today’s tip is question all the things you’re doing in your business and see, why are you doing that? Is it because someone said it was a great idea or have you validated it and found that it actually works?
