James Schramko here. Today, I want to share with you a great tip to get you far more productive. In fact, this can renew your energy. It can give you extra brainpower. It will help you make fantastic decisions. And it’s as simple as this: You need to get more sleep.
Generally, adults are not sleeping as much as they used to before the age of devices and the electronic light bulb. So set a stop time. Set an alarm for, say, 10 PM, and when the alarm goes off, that’s your signal to down tools and to start your wind-down protocol so that you can get a really good sleep. And instead of being that worn-out, tired, caffeine-injected crazy person, you can be measured, succinct, and get great results.
