James Schramko here and today’s tip is around productivity. And just like intermittent fasting for your body, you can actually get an enormous amount done with short bursts each day.
Just short bursts – a little bit in the morning, a little bit in the afternoon. You’re actually blunt in yourself if you just slog it out all day long, everyday. And I’ve managed to effectively do this for years. I shared this concept with a friend of mine, Dan Meredith, and he built an entire business of just two-hour blocks. So try it, short bursts and have some time off without guilt and see how you feel.
