James Schramko here and this is possibly one of the easiest and most profitable things you can do in your business.
When someone comes to me and they ask me for help, and they want to know what they can do to make more profit, one of the first things that I do is I say, “Tell me what you’re doing now. Where do your sales come from? Which product, which customers, why do they buy?” And then, “Do more of that.”
So the simple tip today is, do what works. Do more of what’s already working before you go wondering if you can add a new complexity to your business. Just more of what works is a great starting point.
