Now, as I said before, I really like number three. So what I’m going to show you is our three by three system, 3×3. What the 3×3 system is, we break it down into things like one being product. So product, people, positioning. The second part is what we actually say in the emails or the email copy and we focus on value, social proof, and humor. And the third one is looking at results. And we’re looking at sales, optimization, and scaling.
So the 3×3 success principles or 3×3 system we use kind of looks like this. One, where we’ve got to get a few things right before you even send a single email. And this is one of the biggest mistakes that people make when they think about going out to the market with emails or LinkedIn, whatever it is. They don’t get the principles right, and they shoot themselves in the foot the whole way forward. So, that’s one thing we actually get right.
Then we’re going to go into copy and what we actually say, how we say it. And then we’re going to go into the sale side of it – deals and all that kind of good stuff. The process is we’re finding the right people, sending them the right message, taking that message and taking the positive replies, and making it a really easy sales process. And then optimizing, testing and scaling. So kind of very similar to actually running Facebook ads, Google ads. There’s a whole bunch of testing and also improvement involved.
