James Schramko here. Today, I want to share with you what I think about coaching programs.
A lot of programs are using automation. They’re using auto delivered lessons each week. And then they have a live Q and A, which is great. But something I’ve been doing for a long time, about nine years, is actually being hands on involved with my students.
Yes, there’s some frameworks and training, but also the ability for a student to ask a question on a daily basis is what really sets my program apart. So, if you’re a coach, if you’re putting together an information program, think about this – the strongest, unique selling position that you can take is you can actually show up.
If you can turn up then you will have a coaching program that defeats the army of automation that’s out there. The number one problem that people have with a coaching program is the person, the head honcho, the big coach doesn’t show up.
So, if you show up, you’ll have an advantage.
