What do you do when you have individual products, but you also have a membership where some of those individual products are inside it, and how do you price things? And what do you do about cannibalization? So I covered that question in this answer that I gave recently in a SuperFastBusiness Q&A webinar.
It’s a brilliant question. And I’ve thought about a lot because if you go back 10 years, I had a lot of individual products. I had products from TrafficGrab through the Double-digit CTR. At one point, I had the XSP cheatsheet, I had a lot of products. So I did do a lot of infoproducts.
When I switched from SuperFastResults to what was then FastWebFormula, I rolled all my products into that. I couldn’t before because I was in a partnership. But I could then. And then it was much simpler, but I still had info products in the form of DVDs which I sold for $399 with a trial for 60 days for SuperFastBusiness, as it became. So I was still getting good revenue from leveraged infoproducts. I wanted to go back to that but as you’ve expressed, the big challenge is like a pain in the ass – the funnel, loading up the products, the playlists, all the crap that you have to do.
So my answer is basically what I did. I do a lot of work with 10XPRO. I’m a partner in making sure that it’s successful, I wanted to use it because I talk so much about it. I wanted to understand it, I wanted to go deep with it. So it made sense to reactivate my old domain SuperFastResults. It’s a nice general domain that can handle multiple products. I wanted sort of a Udemy-style thing. One website, you know, like Masterclass, Udemy, Lynda, etc. It’s such a booming market, I wanted a general domain.
My plan is like seven or eight years to do this, and I just never got to it. So anyway, I wanted to do it. But what I found with 10XPRO, it is so simple. With my team, with an SOP, they’re easily able to just go and cherry pick from SuperFastBusiness which trainings have had the most views, the most comments, and then they just run through their SOP. They cut it, slice and dice it, and load it into the training modules.
The trainings are actually easier to consume over at SuperFastResults because they’re laid out into modules or chapters you can mark as complete. You can view them on the app that comes with it. They play really well. They’ve got the PDF, the mp3, they’re just more beautifully presented. They’re very easy to set up. And then there’s literally a campaign builder. So you just click campaign and it does all the pages for you. It does the sales page, the thank you page, the cart page, and then takes people to the membership. And it’s already linked up.
So basically, all the challenges we used to have when we had a separate domain, separate WordPress, all these integrations, and plugins and Zapiers. And all these just melted away. We set up a new PayPal account, it takes the money, it delivers the training. We can even do affiliates and it’s got an app. So it’s actually been a dream. And we put up a few products and then we’re adding more.
And the next stage is I got it redesigned by Greg. So Studio1Design.com did the new SuperFastResults design. And I’ve also commissioned a copywriter who’s now going and writing the product descriptions for each product because the ones we’ve got up there are just our first team draft. And she’s also crafting emails for me that join up the funnel. So when people get the free training, it’ll offer them a paid product, etc. So that’s exactly what I’ve done. So that’s how I would answer your question. That’s what I would do.
