In that sort of scenario, you get your first version of the offer, even if it’s a waiting list, and you start collecting emails, or you get people to reserve a spot or pay a deposit. That way you can start validating.
Now you might think, oh, no one would pay money in advance of a product. Well, have you ever been to a rock concert or flown on an airplane or whatever? You usually have to pay before you get the thing. And so, it’s totally possible with your online thing. If you don’t get enough sales or it’s not worth it for you, then you could actually refund everyone and say it’s not happening or whatever. So you can start small.
