James Schramko here with a handy tool tip today, something that might be really useful for you in your business.
Recent Evernote Features
So I’m a big fan of Evernote. It’s like my online scrapbook, my storage cabinet. I noticed recently there’s a few extra tools that are pretty good. One is, you can actually share a URL to the public, like you can with a Dropbox link.
So now if you’ve got some notes and you want to share that with people, you can actually just share the URL. People can click onto that and have a look at it online without having to share an Evernote or for them to log in to an account. The second thing is, there’s now the presentation notes. You can punch out a few bullet points and then go around it with a highlighter which is great if you’re running webinars or if you’re doing some on-screen sharing with somebody with Skype sharing screen etc., you can go through a presentation with a nice highlighter.
So these are some few features from Evernote that have come out that are really cool. I also like the web browser thing that helps you, when you’re searching around Google, it will show you your notes that relate to that in Evernote so it just shows you in the screen. That’s a pretty cool feature.
So there you go, Evernote’s a great tool. If you haven’t already started using it, I highly recommend it. It will get you organized and I look forward to catching up with you in another tip in the future. I’m James Schramko.
