James Schramko here, and I know it can get frustrating and overwhelming when you’re relatively new in your online business.
I coach people all the time and they get very distracted – new products, training this, they ask all the questions. In fact, a lot of questions in a short space and they get round and round in circles. And I just say stop. Really there’s only three things you need to have.
You need an offer that converts and you need to build a system around that so not everyone buys on the offer page so you want to follow them up, etc. You want to have a way to get people to the offer so you need some kind of traffic system to consistently bring people.
That’s why I make these videos and that’s why I publish podcasts. That’s why I have a book, that’s why I occasionally speak. This is a system that brings me customers.
And then you need a way to deliver the result that you’ve promised, whatever it is that you’re selling. And selling is just another way of saying helping people with. Whatever you’re helping people with, you need a way to actually deliver that. That’s why I have SuperFastBusiness Membership and I have a SilverCircle membership. That is where I deliver my results.
So if you have those three things, you’re set. If you’re focusing on anything other than those things and you’re still starting out, then reset. Go and work on your offer, getting people to it and then how you’ll deliver it. And then over time you can build your team and you can scale and you can do all the tricky stuff. All the amazing wonderful distractions that are there for you. I’m never the first to move with things like chatbots and so on and so forth. I let other people iron that out. I’m just focused on my three things and just refining and improving.
So reset, put those three things on a whiteboard or a post-it note, and go and do them and you will have a great business. And then perhaps we can tune it up together inside SuperFastBusiness. See you there!
