James Schramko here and today’s tip is about looking after your very best customers. Make it a point whenever you have a new promotion or a new program to go to your existing best customers first and let them know about it, to give them the reward for being that loyal customer.
Loyalty is worth everything, and if you go to them first, you give them the best deal. You let them get in early. They will appreciate you for that. It doesn’t make sense to give complete strangers a better deal than it does to look after your existing customers first.
So that’s my tip today. Make sure you look after your very best customers first with a better deal at an earlier time frame and you’ll see the results come. And that way, you’ll retain fantastic relationships with your audience, which is more profitable and it’s an easier way to do business.
